Grappa La Quaranta

This Grappa was obtained by distilling pomace selected by Cantina Locali of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Garganega and other red grapes typical of our area. Full flavoured and clean in palate, with a dry aftertaste and beautiful floral and mature red fruit notes. Available in three different alcoholic contents: 40% col. - 43% vol. - 48% vol. A great grappa for daily use with coffee and for cooking bases for sweets. It works very well in preserving in alcohol cherries, raisins etc. and in flavoring with herbs.
